the hunger games:

RELEASE DATE : 23/03/2012
RATING : 9/10
the movie was set in modern times, its a realisation of what the future may hold for us, what with supply’s running low, its based on the novel so may be helpful to read it to get a good idea of what the plot is, but im here to do that for you!

was full of mixed emotions, it made me cry, laugh and scream. its… harsh, its hard to explain but yeah. its a really good film altogether, i like how new it was and fashion divas will go crazy over the modern fashion and make-up! its a 12a i i think that is a reasonable rating, their is a bit of violence but truthfully worth seeing.

It was never predictable, but i feel i need to see it again because of the busy camera work and my friend needed to go to the toilet halfway through the movie (thanks Pornthip) i kid :). I love the weapons they use and the main character woman is a very strong character and i actually wanna see it again now and read all the books. thanks for making me go and getting me hooked!

MDNA – Madonna:

RATING : 7.5/10
this album is a hudge leap for Madge, shes working with modern starts like Nicki, M.I.A and LMFAO, who are completely different to her! but she does make it work, its full of some great summertunes like Give Me all your Luvin and Turn Up The Radio. Girls Gone Wild, Gang Bang and Some Girls are primary examples of djay tracks, with a club potential. Love Spent, Im a Sinner and Superstar do have a similar sound to some of her previous songs, and the other songs of her album are quite provocative and modern, she has taken a new path with her song writing now which is obviously working as she was just in the iTunes top 10 list.

Nicki ‘discovers’ alot of voices with-in her latest album, this is noticable within songs such as Roman Holiday and Stupid Hoe, my favorites have to be Pound The Alarm, Automatic, Marylin Monroe, Younge Forever and Va Va Voom, all but Marylin Monroe are quite Electro, much like MDNA, many of the tracks do sound quite similar, such as Come On A Cone, HOV Lane, Champion and the title track Roman Reloaded, but i do really enjoy each track. Although a hint of repetition, you can always tell what the story behind it is and i recommemd a download of the deluxe, clean version.
